Registration, Payments and Policies
Please read before registering for a program...
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit & Debit Cards
If you are registering with a credit or debit card, please do so on our programs page. You'll see a PAYPAL button directly under your preferred course description.
Check, Money Order or Traveler's Checks (U.S. Funds only)

Print 2 copies - one for us and one for your records
Complete the form below and click continue and pay by check
Mail in your completed form with your payment or deposit.
DEPOSITS
Week-long courses require a $400 minimum deposit.
All other courses require a $100 - $300 minimum deposit. (Deposits vary depending on the program) Visit our programs page to find the appropriate deposit for your program.

Balances for classes are due IN FULL before the first day of all programs. An invoice, for your balance, will be emailed to you one week before the start of the program.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable
**If unable to attend a registered course, students may transfer their deposit to a different course one time only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Deposit Portion of your payment is non-refundable. Should you cancel, you may apply your deposit (one time only) to another program, of your choice, within one year of your original class date. Students who are required to leave a program, for any reason, after it has begun will not be entitled to a refund.
***Richard Cleveland reserves the right to cancel any camp or course, at any time, for any reason. In this case a full refund will be given. Earth School is not responsible for any expenses, including airfare, that you may incur due to a cancelled program
